• Training fee due before starting course. Client is to provide their own vehicle for the Advanced training event.
• No refunds once you have paid and registered for the program.
• 48-hour notice of cancellation required.
• Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice will incur a $100.00 fee (scheduled & paid classes only).
• Cancellations after 4pm Friday on a weekend or Monday lesson will be charged a cancellation fee.
• We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, checks or cash. Training is non-transferable to any other services. There is a five dollar service charge for all payment programs per transaction.
• Payment Plans accepted on all bundled classes. Billing is on a 30 day schedule.
• Each student will receive a certificate to present to your insurance company for possible discount.
• Parent or over-18 student must print & sign waiver of liability prior to instruction.

Credit cards that decline are subject to additional fees after 30 days of due date. There is a service charge of 3% on payment plans.

After classes have been paid, there are no refunds. Any payment plans require a service charge. Certificate of Completion will be issued within 48 business hours of completion of the course.

This Agreement is between you (“YOU”, “YOUR” or “Student”) and TEEN ROAD TO SAFETY INC. (“Teen Road To Safety,” “We,” “Our” or “Us”) in respect of the services provided by us as described on our website, teenroadtosafety.com (“Services”). Before you become entitled to receive the Services provided by us, you must read and accept the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement by clicking on the “I Accept” button at the end of this Agreement. BY CLICKING ON THE “I AGREE” BUTTON, YOU WARRANT AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT (“ACCEPTANCE”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE CLICK THE “DO NOT ACCEPT” BUTTON. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE CAPABLE OF ACCEPTANCE BY US AND YOU WILL BE RETURNED TO THE HOMEPAGE OF THE WEBSITE. In turn, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to execute this Agreement and you intend for same to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent’s signature will also be required for registration and acceptance of this Disclaimer. Teen Road To Safety and you may be referred to herein individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
In consideration of the good and valuable consideration herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
EVERY STUDENT IS DIFFERENT AND MAY RESPOND IN A DIFFERENT MANNER TO THE TECHNIQUES, INSTRUCTIONS, METHODS OR PROCESSES THAT MAY BE TAUGHT OR PROVIDED TO THE STUDENT. OUR SERVICES, TECHNIQUES, INSTRUCTIONS, METHODS, PROCESSES AND SUGGESTIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE (A) THAT OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR (B) THE OUTCOME, RESULTS OR SUCCESS OF OUR SERVICES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY US OR IN OUR MATERIALS OR ON OUR WEBSITE. WE MAY MAKE UPDATES, IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES TO OUR SERVICES, MATERIALS, AND WEBSITE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

TEEN ROAD TO SAFETY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN THE EVENT OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES IN CONJUNCTION WITH, OR ARISING OUT OF, THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY TECHNIQUES, INSTRUCTIONS, METHODS OR PROCESSES THAT MAY BE TAUGHT OR PROVIDED BY US.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL, AND THAT IT IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO, DRIVE SAFELY AND COMPLY WITH ALL LAWS AND REGULATIONS WHEN DRIVING OR ON THE ROAD.

YOU AGREE TO PAY A $50.00 APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION FEE, IF YOU CANCEL YOUR DRIVING APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SUCH APPOINTMENT. YOU AGREE THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED BY US UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OR ALL SERVICE FEES AND OR LEGAL FEES. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS AND ALL PAYMENT PLANS HAVE A 3% SERVICE CHARGE.
